HOME DELIVERY ZONES
Maison Mons offers home delivery throughout mainland France, with the exception of:
- Overseas territories (DOM-TOM)
- And the following islands, which are currently not served: Île d’Aix, Île de Bréhat, Île d’Ouessant, Île de Batz, Île Molène, Île de Sein, Belle-Île, Groix, Île aux Moines, Île d’Arz, Île d’Yeu, Île de Ré, Porquerolles, and Corsica.
DELIVERY TIMES & RATES
Mainland France : delivery within 24 to 48 hours after your order is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Rates: Delivery is free for orders of €70 or more. For orders below this amount, a €9.99 shipping fee applies.
CARRIER & ORDER TRACKING
All home deliveries within mainland France are handled by ChronoFresh, a specialized service for transporting fresh products.
Deliveries generally take place in the morning, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

PRODUCT PACKAGING & TRANSPORT
Orders are prepared directly in our maturing cellars with the utmost care.
We pay close attention to the packaging of your cheeses: they are carefully arranged and protected in our shipping boxes to preserve both freshness and quality, and to prevent any damage during transit.
IMPORTANT: IF THE RECIPIENT IS ABSENT
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide complete and accurate delivery information, including: building codes, floor number, presence of a concierge, or any other helpful details if the recipient might be unavailable.
Maison Mons cannot be held responsible in case of non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or the absence of the recipient.
In case the recipient is unavailable, ChronoFresh will attempt to contact the phone number or email provided when the order was placed.
If the carrier is unable to reach you, you can still track your parcel directly at www.chronopost.fr using the tracking number sent to you by email.
MODIFYING AN ORDER
For any changes (billing address, delivery address, date, contents…), please contact our Customer Service by phone at the latest 2 working days before the selected delivery date (for national deliveries).
