This goat’s cheese is a tribute to our cherished Côte Roannaise, the vineyard that graces the hills surrounding our creamery.
Gentle and refined, it draws inspiration from a technique blending traditions of Abondance and Chevrotin, resulting in a soft-textured goat’s cheese with a firmer rind — perfect for aging and developing a broad, balanced aromatic profile.
