A historic cheese from Normandy, Pont-l’Évêque AOP is produced exclusively within its protected area, around Pont‑l’Évêque. It is made from cow’s milk, following traditional know-how specific to washed-rind cheeses.

Easily recognised by its distinctive square shape, it develops, as it matures, a fine, lightly orange rind and an ivory-coloured paste that is soft and creamy.

On the palate, it reveals a beautifully smooth texture and well-balanced flavours, combining milky and buttery notes with a slightly more pronounced finish.

A Norman cheese of character — elegant and deeply rooted in its terroir.
