Our Goat Tomme with Flowers was awarded the gold medal at the 2025 Mondial du Fromage de Tours. Beneath its rind, delicately wrapped in dried flowers, the cheese reveals a supple, melting paste, gentle and well balanced. Crafted in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region from pasteurised goat's milk through an artisanal process, it sits among our selection of goat cheeses.
Beneath the floral coating, the uncooked pressed paste shows a soft texture and a fine grain, the mark of careful production. The dried flowers gently scent the cheese without ever covering the expression of the goat's milk.
