PLANCHERIN D'ARECHES
A unique raw goat’s milk cheese, developed by Caroline Joguet — a passionate young producer from Arêches-Beaufort — and Hervé Mons, Meilleur Ouvrier de France cheesemonger.

A unique creation, Plancherin d’Arêches is a farmstead goat’s cheese made by a young mountain producer — a true Savoyard, as passionate about her craft as she is fierce on ski mountaineering tracks.
This cheese blends two great Alpine traditions: the use of a spruce bark strap for shaping, and the raising of goats — the heritage behind cheeses like AOP Chevrotin. The result is nothing short of remarkable: a cheese full of altitude, character, and balance — just like its creator.
