Our idea behind this sheep’s milk tomme was to create something unique — a cheese that truly highlights the rich qualities of the milk from our local sheep farmers.
The name “Montvernay” is inspired by the stream that runs through the villages where our producers are based.
Crafted by the Laiterie de la Côte Roannaise and aged with care in our cellars, this tomme charms with its lightly tangy aromas and bold, honest flavor.
